Keep building, keep working, no one knows what tomorrow will bring, I would rather carry on than let go....
Stressful, plan proper breaks in the day especially working at home, take your daughter out start teaching her new tricks. Change is always as good as a holiday, even for short spells. Lie back and relax/doze/sleep for no more than half an hour in the middle of the day, big refresher trick my Mom taught me.
No time to stop, I am encouraging my son to find something new online to learn rather than sitting around with their manufacturing company closed at the moment.
Never let go, never give in things change too quickly it will more than likely be more difficult to get back in! Best of luck getting over this hurdle!
She doesn't need my help :D
When I was only working my own business, this was my go to. I tried every day for a nap. It also allowed me to write more at night :)
3 to 7 years old, I believe are sponges soaking every detail up, bright minds explore.
Don't need to be at home to relax in middle of day, do it wherever you are, grab that 'catnap'.....
