What do you do To Relax on a Sunday

What do you do in a Sunday? When I was a kid, I remember that on Sundays, I would grab the Entertainment section of the Sunday news paper for the comic strips and the fun activities such as color by numbers, connect the dots and other stuff.

Yeah, there was no Internet back then. No cellphones, not even cable TV. (Yeah, I am old).

Greetings, my dear Hive friends. Yeah, in those days, we don't have any cellphones nor the Internet, and I forgot to mention, we don't even have a computer back then. What had during Sundays is just the Sunday news and magazine, a TV with less than a dozen channels and our collection of comic books.

We would go to church as a family and sometimes to the beach. Yeah, we had no mall here until 8 years ago.

Back To The Future

I mean back to the present. Times has really changed. But Sunday is still the day for rest and relaxation. The question is, what do you do to relax on a Sunday?

Me? After reading some articles both in read.cash and Hive, I cleaned up the room a bit while my wife is doing the laundry. Then I started writing this while watching the movie Prey. It's the latest installment to the Predator franchise, but it was set in old American plains 300 years ago. Guess what the Predator is up against... the warriors of a Comanche tribe. I think I will make a review on this movie later. I haven't finished the movie yet, but it's already giving me some ideas how to improve my fan-art cross-over comic book story that involves the Predator.

Writing this article while watching a movie on my tablet.

Not that I'm multi-tasking, I'm making use of my tablet's split screen. I'm typing on one half of the screen when the scene are not that interesting. When the action get's hot I'd switch the movie to full screen

Have a blessed Sunday.

Thanks for Reading

Hi @jloberiza. Nice of you to share your day with the community.

I see you're new on Hive, so let me drop you a few suggestions to help you navigate better on our platform.

We have different communities on Hive and we're encouraging users to post in the right community based on the topic of the post. This post for example would fit better in Daily Blog community.

OCD is for topics that don't fit in any other community and should be used when you don't find a niche community for your post.

Here's a guide I put together to help you learn about how communities work and why you should use them -> Communities Explained - Newbie Guide.

Once you posted your post in the right community, you can then cross post it to OCD community. Here's a guide about cross posting.

Please don't delete any post with the purpose of reposting it in another community as that can be considered abuse! Leave this post here, you'll get it right next time.

thanks, once again, Erika.
With so many communities here, sometimes, I can't find the right one where to post my article so I thought I'd post it here. I'll add daily blogs to the communities in my list then.

Best regards

I may still be 20+, but I still can't help but miss those times where people are still not into using gadgets and talking with other people. I mean, it's fine that our world is ever-advancing. Sometimes, I just can't help but miss those moment.

In the laptop, that's a noice cash, I do in a Sunday, is going to church and after that I'm going.to.the park to eat some street foods there 🥰
