Close your eyes, feel the wet sand on your feet and now ... Breathe.

We all like contact with the sea, feeling the wet sand on your feet is an extraordinary stress therapy, and even more so when you feel how the waves caress your feet with their foam and make your feet sink into the sand.

There is definitely a very clear connection between our interior and the sea, and it is that listening to the waves of the sea, breathing the breeze from the coast and feeling the sea mist on your face are some of the pleasures of life that we can still enjoy and enjoy, and they are totally free.

This photograph shows us a little boy on the shore of the beach, at sunset, after playing and running along the shore, he stops and without understanding why, he just remains perplexed, looking, breathing and smiling ... He does not know the value of that moment in your life.

He will understand it much later, when his body asks him to return there, to that shore where he played as a child, to feel the same wet sand on his feet, to breathe the same air and to let himself be caressed on his face, already withered, by the soft, fresh and delicate sea mist. Today, he just plays and fills his trunk, which still smells new, with memories.
