visiting Sumatran elephants at the Conservation Response Unit (CRU)

in OCD3 years ago

Hello Hive Community!

Today I traveled to Takengon, Central Aceh. The purpose I went here was to meet one of the Sumatran elephants stationed in the Conservation Response Unit, this is my first time here.

The elephants here are very friendly and kind, one of which is the elephant that I met in this photo. Sumatran elephants are elephants that can be said to be rare or rarely found, because many are targeted and killed.

Therefore, with the Conservation Response Unit (CRU) this can make these Sumatran elephants to be cared for and guarded even better. You can see for yourself how beautiful this elephant is and how happy he is. Why is that?,

because he can live freely in the forest where his habitat thrives. Since it's my first time here, it's a pretty good place for me.

The air is also cool and cold, because the place where the CRU is made and developed is in the highlands of this district.
