Un gusto en saludarles. Mi nombre es Jorge Velazquez, naci en mi querida y tropical Venezuela hace ya tres décadas.

Good morning to all the wonderful community of OCD

A pleasure to greet you. My name is Jorge Velazquez, I was born in my beloved and tropical Venezuela three decades ago.

Aunque nací en Caracas, prácticamente toda mi vida me crié en Puerto la Cruz, estado Anzóategui, ahí aprendí que no existe nada mejor en este mundo que una buena empanada de carne mechada de mi abuela con guasacaca y salsa de ajo jejeje.
Desde muy pequeño siempre fui muy preguntón, me gustó siempre investigar el por qué de las cosas, así que obviamente estudie ingeniería... Si..., ingeniería mecánica.

Although I was born in Caracas, practically all my life I grew up in Puerto la Cruz, Anzóategui state, there I learned that there is nothing better in this world than a good meatloaf empanada from my grandmother with guasacaca and garlic sauce hehehe.
From a very young age I was always very inquisitive, I always liked to investigate the why of things, so obviously I studied engineering... Yes..., mechanical engineering.

Ya yo estaba loco (pues...) sin embargo la facultad me volvió peor aun, así que es normal que a veces diga cosas medio nerds 😅, es mi cerebro cuestionando la lógica de las cosas (o eso es lo que me gusta creer) 😜.
Actualmente vivo en Rosario, Argentina, ya que por razones que todos conocemos me vi obligado a dejar mi tierra natal desde hace tres años, y cuando digo dejar me refiero a no estar físicamente, porque mi pensamiento y corazón siempre pertenecerán a mi patria hermosa.

I was already crazy (well...) but college made me even worse, so it's normal that sometimes I say half-nerdy things 😅, it's my brain questioning the logic of things (or that's what I like to believe ) 😜.
I currently live in Rosario, Argentina, since for reasons that we all know I was forced to leave my homeland three years ago, and when I say leave I mean not physically, because my thoughts and heart will always belong to my beautiful homeland.

Rosario es RE-Copado che, como dirían mis amigos de acá, una ciudad muy verde con mucha movida artística y cultural. Le estoy grandemente agradecido a esta tierra austral de haberme recibido y a su gente por hacer sentirme como en casa todos los días.
En mi casa de Venezuela quedaron mi hermanita de 10 añitos, mi madre y abuela, estoy trabajando para traerlos aca, poco a poco se que lo voy a lograr.
Tengo varios hobbys, me apasionan los videojuegos y la tecnología, la cocina, la física, día a día espero poder contarles más y más de mi en cada post.

Rosario is RE-Copado che, as my friends here would say, a very green city with a lot of artistic and cultural activity. I am greatly grateful to this southern land for having received me and to its people for making me feel at home every day.
My 10-year-old sister, my mother and grandmother stayed in my house in Venezuela, I am working to bring them here, little by little I know that I am going to achieve it.
I have several hobbies, I am passionate about video games and technology, cooking, physics, day by day I hope to tell you more and more about myself in each post.
