COMEBACK 101: "AM I BACK IN BLOGGING AT HIVE?"

"BLOGGING ..."

... this is what I've resorted to do when I and our family was into a deep financial crisis, years ago. Been doing this kind of side hustle since January 2021 by which it positively contributed a lot, both financial and mental-emotional aspects of my individual life."

Created an account under the same username (as 'imanagrcltrst') in numerous blogging platforms. Apparently, I failed to maintain the activeness and consistency in content creating and interaction. Why? The degree course that I'm pursuing do demand enormous amount of time and attention. Yes, I can still grab an adequate relaxation by eating outside & traveling. But, I chose not to! What I'm earning were all subjected to such priorities (i.e. expenses and allowances) and not by frequently spending.

Okay, back to the topic.

I, Futureagrcltrst (most known as 'imanagrcltrst') joined Hive Blockchain way back in July 24, 2022. And, my first-ever blog was published on the next day with a title:

For almost 3-months, I was only able to publish a total of nine (9) blogs such as:

Supposedly, I do aim to publish more blogs & intensified my activeness. However, face-to-face classes begins and that's the start of my inactivity here in Hive. The most recent blog published by me was on September 16th:

After that, there were no blogs that are originally written for this platform and its users. The last transaction were administered a month ago when I claimed 0.033 Hive Backed Dollars (HBD) and 0.068 Hive Power (HP):

Despite of being an inactive Hive user, I still consistently checking how my account is and were doing it in a daily basis as I'm kinda worried that my account's status will decrease. But, take a look at this:

" ... my Reputation is still at 50.97 and followers were steadily at 18."

" ... hence, notifications was empty and so does the chats (messages)."

"Here's the good news. My Resource Credits and Voting Mana is still at 100%."

Really so happy to see this one as I'm really afraid that it will slowly decrease, as per to what Ate @usagidee have said to me before.

Now, let's proceed to the reason why I hadn't written & publish even just a single blog for more than a month:

ACADEMIC-RELATED REASONS ...

• Laboratory classes;

This semester's face-to-face classes starts by the 05th of September, Monday. As per to my schedule, I need to attend four (4) laboratory classes during every Mondays to Thursdays. By the word "laboratory", please do expect that it'll be bloody + exhausting + stressful.

Therefore, when I got home? All I want to do is take a good sleep. Actually, I don't even want to eat nor change my clothes due to the extreme tiredness.

Here are some of what I did on the first 2-months of attending F2F laboratory classes:

1. Diagnosing of plant diseases' causal organisms (pathogens) in Plant Disease Diagnosis.

What's difficult in here are, for instance, successfully diagnosing 4-5 diseases in 4-hours. Huhu! Factors to consider is the mounting, formation of bubbles (it's prohibited). If a bubble was formed or the pathogen hadn't mounted, repeat the whole process.

1. Dissection of cockroaches' systems (i.e. Nervous & Reproductive Systems of male and female cockroach) in General Physiology and Toxicology.

1. Maggots rearing and ligation in GP&T

• Theoretical and Practical Examinations;

Aside from conducting a series of laboratory activities and individual experiments, we are also obligated to take a face-to-face examinations, both theoretical (written) and practical (skills-related) examinations.

Example: Practical Exam in GP&T about the eight (8) systems.

• Thesis Outline;

In BS Agriculture, students are free to choose between Thesis or Major Practice (almost similar to OJT). I'll start by third year to fourth year, yes! This will be taken for 2-years or more, depends on the type of study. And yes, is the game-changer. In short, where our future was depended.

Sadly, Major Practice isn't allowed in the Department of Crop Protection. Since we are into Disease Diagnosis and Management, research do run our field. My study? It's about disease mapping from year 2010-2021. Just think of how weather forecasting were done, it's similar to my study.

But, it's not that easy as how we watched it in the news. Huhu! Kakaiyak, mga mamsh.

• Seminars;

As a Crop Protection major who specializes in Plant Pathology, attending a science-based seminars and webinars is a MUST.

This one is when I attended a Research Seminar in CLSU-RET Amphitheater in October:

• Organization's responsibilities;

As you can still remember, I am the Vice President of our department's organization. By now, we are busy planning out a National Webinar for local farmers and the org's IGP.

This month, busyness were still overflowing. However, I will try my very best to get back in track here in HIVE. Hopefully, I can! 💜
