Happy birthday Kim, great exposition of before and after thoughts, one can feel you have growth to spare in this year, kinda glad you had the balls to leave a payed position to be happy despite the pandemic that was a gutsy move, utmost respect for it, if not happy change things up and go do something else is what i always said!
