Do not forget, Aceh Is Not Independent!

The UUPA of 2006 as a derivative of the Helsinky MoU states only seven central authorities; defense, security, courts, education, fiscal, religion and foreign relations, but after that each article was mingling with the words standards, procedures and norms. This means that almost all authority returns to the Central Government.

In the governing law in Aceh, if a problem occurs in the country, then the hierarchy is; the village head if there is a problem in his village and it is not resolved then they go up to the camat. Not finished either, the sub-district head turned towards the regent. The problem was still not resolved so the regent took it to the governor. It turned out that it still hadn't broken up, so the governor took him to the president.

How about foreign relations? Initially the procedure was the same, but because foreign affairs became the central authority, the government handed over to the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, then they contacted the Indonesian Embassy or the Indonesian Consul General who were abroad.

If fishermen from Aceh are caught abroad, the country who catches the fishermen will contact the Indonesian Embassy or the Indonesian Consulate General, then they will submit a report to the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Jakarta, then convey the fishermen's problem to the Aceh governor.

Gunernur Aceh has the right to ask for freedom or leniency for the Acehnese fishermen through the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, of course not to the state that arrested the fishermen. At the request of the Aceh Government, the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs through the Indonesian Embassy or the Indonesian Consulate General lobbied so that Acehnese fishermen were released or their sentences reduced.

If all this time there are people who are happy to take selfies with the fishermen who were released, it does not mean that those who took care of the fishermen from the start were released. All of these are long and tiered processes from the efforts of the Aceh government.

I think our people know about the procedure, but either pretending to be stupid or really stupid.

Those who make a fuss about the basic needs for the people of Aceh Malaysia should question the procedure. Allowed or not? If possible, how do you do it? Are the staples for Acehnese descendants who become Malaysian citizens? Or for the migrant workers who were there? Again for whom? Then what about the Acehnese in countries other than Malaysia?

Okay, let's say we're ignoring all the nitty gritty of the hierarchy of government, we're playing in the area of ​​compassion. There is our intention to help our citizens abroad. For private funds, of course there is no problem, but if you help with government funds, what is the responsibility? Does the Malaysian state stamp apply for financial responsibility in Indonesia. Don't get caught in the Batman trap.

If it's just a joke, the government has broken promises. Even small children can, do not have to sit in the legislature, but how to think together to provide solutions so that basic foodstuffs arrive in neighboring countries in an orderly manner and do not violate the law. Nor does it distract from cheap ways to cover up promises to the Acehnese people that on August 15, 2020 the moon and star flag will fly at the DPRA building.

Before this happened, all of us talked big, but when the KPK came we all lay down. The proof is when BW was arrested, where were the people selling the project in the coffee shops. Supposedly, fellow Acehnese must save each other from a legal standpoint so that no one goes to prison. It's not that something is illegal that doesn't exist, then builds up hatred.

Do not forget! Aceh is not yet independent. The RI-GAM MoU was a little strong for Aceh's authority, but it was further eroded when it was implemented in the UUPA which became the governing rules of the game in Aceh. However, few of our people understand and want to fight in a measured manner to strengthen the UUPA. Even those who are already strong are weakened again by giving authority to the center.
