Hola comunidad Hive, me llamo Fabian Rengel y tengo 16 años, nací y vivo actualmente en Venezuela Edo. Bolivar. Conocí la calistenia en 2020 por unos vecinos, con el proposito de cambiar nuestra forma física y presumirla y cosas por el estilo. Después de unos meses de entrenar con ellos y posteriormente solo haciendo ejercicios basicos por un mes y medio, dejandolo porque "no veia cambios", y al cabo de unos meses sin entrenar conoci amigos que me introdujeron mas en este bello deporte, dándome motivación para entrenar y ver que esta es una de mis pasiones y mejorando desde entonces cumpliendo cada vez mis objetivos, con la finalidad de ser de la élite y hacer que el mundo vea la belleza de este deporte.
Hello Hive community, my name is Fabian Rengel and I am 16 years old, I was born and currently live in Venezuela, Bolivar State. I met calisthenics in 2020 by some neighbors, with the purpose of changing our physical shape and show it off and things like that. After a few months of training with them and then only doing basic exercises for a month and a half, leaving it because "I did not see changes", and after a few months without training I met friends who introduced me more in this beautiful sport, giving me motivation to train and see that this is one of my passions and improving since then fulfilling my goals each time, with the aim of being elite and make the world see the beauty of this sport.
