A special birthday 💕 // Un cumpleaños especial..

Hola una vez más, comunidad de Hive!!🤗 Espero se encuentren muy bien, hoy vengo a contarles sobre el cumpleaños de mi novia.
En realidad no íbamos a festejar nada, ya que no contábamos con dinero suficiente.
Pero con Lore, una de mis mejores amigas, decidimos hacerle una sorpresa y festejarlo aunque sea con lo justo y necesario.

Hello once again, Hive community! 🤗 I hope you are very well, today I come to tell you about my girlfriend's birthday.
We weren't really going to celebrate anything, as we didn't have enough money.
But with Lore, one of my best friends, we decided to make a surprise and celebrate it even if it is fair and necessary.

Así fue que ella se puso en contacto con otra amiga y juntas hicieron esta hermosa torta.. 🍰

So she got in touch with another friend and together they made this beautiful cake.

Es un chiste interno entre nosotras, es la letra de una canción de Bad Bunny 🐰🤣
Mientras ella se ocupaba de la torta, yo me ocupé de la comida y decoración.

It's an internal joke between us, it's the lyrics of a Bad Bunny song 🐰🤣
While she took care of the cake, I took care of the food and decoration.

Decidí sorprenderla con un matambre a la pizza, esta preparación es muy conocida acá en Buenos Aires. Comúnmente se cocina a la parrilla, pero como no tengo, decidí tiernizarlo y hacerlo al horno, lo cual significa hervirlo durante dos horas en caldo de verduras y leche para ablandarlo. No se me ocurrió registrar esta receta pero prometo volver a cocinarlo así les enseño a hacerla!

I decided to surprise her with a matambre pizza, this preparation is well known here in Buenos Aires. It is usually cooked on the grill, but since I don't have it, I decided to soften it and make it in the oven, which means boiling it for two hours in vegetable broth and milk to soften it. It didn't occur to me to register this recipe but I promise to cook it again, so I'll show you how to make it!

Una vez hecho, corrí a comprar unas flores, un par de globos y guirnaldas para decorar, en esto me ayudó mi fiel amiga: la tarjeta de crédito.😂

Once done, I ran to buy some flowers, a couple of balloons and garlands to decorate, in this my faithful friend helped me: the credit card.

Mientras esto pasaba en dos horas, Micol estaba en sus clases en la casa de Lore, así que cuando terminó, vinieron juntas.
Al entrar a casa se encontró con toda la decoración y estaba muy contenta. Luego comimos, pusimos música y festejamos las tres.👯

While this was going on in two hours, Micol was in her classes at Lore's house, so when she finished, they came together.
Upon entering the house, she found all the decorations and was very happy. Then we ate, put on music, and celebrated all three.

Todo salió muy lindo y la pasamos super bien. No pudimos festejar a lo grande como queríamos pero nos dimos cuenta que con poco hicimos mucho y que no hace falta gastar un dineral para tener un lindo momento💕

Everything turned out very nice and we had a great time. We could not celebrate as big as we wanted but we realized that with little we did a lot and that it is not necessary to spend a fortune to have a nice moment💕

Obvio que un cumpleaños, no es cumpleaños si no pasa algo en el medio 🤣 Lore tiró sin querer una botella de vino al piso 😱 la queríamos matar pero después no podíamos parar de reír a la vez que lamentábamos no tener vino para tomar ajajaja

Obviously a birthday is not a birthday if something doesn't happen in the middle 🤣 Lore accidentally threw a bottle of wine on the floor 😱 we wanted to kill her but then we couldn't stop laughing at the same time we regretted not having wine to drink ahahaha
