Yes, security is of utmost importance in this business, so I agree with you. However, this post would fit better in Hive Learners. OCD is for topics that don't fit in any other community.
We have different communities on Hive and we're encouraging users to post in the right community based on the topic of the post.

Once you posted your post in the right community, you can then cross post it to OCD community. Here's a guide about cross posting.

Yeah, I get the 404 error message a lot these days. It is due to the recent Hardfork, I suppose. Give it some time or try to switch nodes if you can. They are going to solve it.
