First, don't delete anything from the blockchain. Many are deleting the post because they made a mistake like you and posting it again to the desired community. That is considered abuse, mostly because some are abusing it to get better rewards.

So if you published the post on your blog, check the community you should have posted it in and see if they allow cross posting. If they do, then use the cross posting feature and cross post it to the community.
