Very helpful post. I was starting to get a little frustrated with the platform but I’ll give it some more effort and implement what I’ve seen on your post. Hopefully I start to get it right.

I have been there and I'm currently regretting that decision as most of my peers am have now gone far on the platform and I'm just trying to figure out how it works.
So boss keep pushing. Engage more, chat up people and think of initiatives
