In the glass bottle we add the cocoa beans that cover a quarter of it, then add the rum of your choice and let it tan, in this way we will obtain our cocoa liquor.
Note: already at the point of having tanned we will obtain a strong drink with that rich flavor given off from the cocoa that it is preferable to drink it dry (without ice). Now, to prepare the cocoa liquor a little softer, it is necessary to do the following:

Preparación:
En una olla pequeña agregamos todos los ingredientes, lo llevamos al fuego y mezclamos hasta diluir totalmente el azúcar, esperamos hasta el punto de ebullición, luego tomamos el tiempo de 3 a 4 minutos, retiramos del fuego y dejamos reposar hasta que este a temperatura ambiente.
Preparation:
