Soy atleta de calistenia en Venezuela, tengo practicando este deporte desde el 2020 y he empezado con los estáticos desde el 2023, buscando siempre la mejor forma y ejecución en los movimientos tales como front lever, back lever, handstand y straddle planche, sin dejar las básicos fundamentales como los Dips, muscle ups, pull ups, push ups y más.
I am a calisthenics athlete in Venezuela, I have been practicing this sport since 2020 and I have started with static since 2023, always looking for the best form and execution in movements such as front lever, back lever, handstand and straddle planche, without leaving the basic fundamentals such as Dips, muscle ups, pull ups, push ups and more.
Inicié en ese deporte por la influencia de atletas tales como Valentín, Chris Hería, Andrea Larosa y Calisrama que con sus videos me motivaron a iniciar y centrarme en la disciplina que ya forma parte de mi día a día.
I started in this sport due to the influence of athletes such as Valentín, Chris Hería, Andrea Larosa and Calisrama who, with their videos, motivated me to start and focus on the discipline that is now part of my daily life.
Mi objetivo es lograr obtener un nivel competitivo que me permita ser referente a nivel nacional e internacional, mejorando cada aspecto y movimiento de este gran movimiento deportivo.
My goal is to achieve a competitive level that will allow me to be a reference at national and international level, improving every aspect and movement of this great sport movement.
Siempre enfocado en mi crecimiento personal y social con esta gran comunidad que me ha permitido aprender tanto en las barras como en la vida misma, agradecido siempre de rodearme de grandes personas y grandes atletas.
