In these days of turbulence, it's not easy to stay focused... and I find it hard to simply sit still and contemplate writing something "not Steem related" at the moment.
And yet?
As @jaynie alluded to in her recent post, it's the myriad content creators who are responsible for having created the content and community here that make the entire world of Steemlandia something interesting enough that people even want to be involved with this project.
Hereunder... engagement. A community that engages and talks to each other over what they share; not just a wall of monologues, like most blogging sites. I can never get past the fact that I keep other blogs, and I periodically create posts that end up with more than 10,000 organic page views and yet not a single person takes the time to leave a single short comment; even a thank you. That's something we have here, and it's something worth preserving!
Congratulations to @wakeupkitty for remaining so engaged during the storm, and "well done" to everyone else!
And thanks, Asher... for keeping the Leagues running!
Thanks for the comment @denmarkguy :)
I have read @jaynie's post and fully support the message.
In regards to your first point, I've gone almost full Steem content of late and agree it's tough to bring anything else to the table while it's messy and needs a good clean!
I do hope that the commentary continues, posts look much brighter with an acknowledging comment, even if it is short - I need to pick my game up here too actually.
Thanks again, have a lovely week!
