Hey @beecreate! I think you definitely have shared some good and important aspects any business owner should look at.

Unprofessional and rude businesses lose a lot of potentially good customers along the way. This is one of my biggest turnoffs and unfortunately a lot of businesses hire people with poor customer service skills which put their business at risk.

We live in such a microwave society that some don’t take the time to gain much knowledge before they jump into starting a business.

This statement says it all! Not only learning but being the best at whatever it is we do. This type of approach is how businesses thrive year after year.

I really like the part about putting oneself in the customers shoes to see where we can make improvements and observe how we can treat our customers better.
