Did you notice two boxes underneath the description box where you wrote your post?
Yeah, the first box where it is written "Short preview description" is where you get to write a short preview message about your post. For example, you can write "Hi friends, this is my introduction post here on hive."

For the second box where it is written "Topics" is where you now put your relevant topic tags using # and ending it with a comma (,). For example, #hiveintroduction, #introduceyourself

You can also click on the setting icon to make other advanced settings too.
