in OCD2 years ago

@livinguktaiwan, I think, that it is very interesting to read this post. After being more than one year on hive I am still a hive-ignorant, so I can not judge if it is all correct, what you have written here. But I want to try, to be more active on hive.

All these tips come from over 100 experience users so there's a lot of truth in them and trust me, they will help you!!

There's a big Polish community on Hive, are you involved with that? And there's always many contest that you can join to extend your network. Good luck!

Thank you! Yes, I am involved in the Polish community on Hive. I would like to ask you a question: I see, that I have earned much Hive Based Dollar, but I have not earned very much Hive. But I see, that in the wallets of some people there is much Hive. So I would like to ask you: Is there a specific way to earn Hive?

Post rewards are paid in either Hive or HBD depending on the price of the two currency and the ratio of the value of the two currencies. When Hive price goes up the liquid rewards will be paid out in Hive. You can sell HBD for hive at the market from your wallet and power up to increase your stake to grow your account. Many people like to keep liquid Hive because it has greater liquidity and if the price suddenly hike they can sell high. HBD is pegged to 1USD and if you move it to savings you get 20% interest.

Hope this helps
