It is rightly said by ANN POWELL that we should HIKE MORE AND WORRY LESS. Hiking is very good for us as it clears our mind and helps in reducing stress , makes us happier, is good for legs , avoid many diseases ,removes anxiety and depression from our lives.
Basically we love to live in that moment where we feel less worried about our problem
