It takes awhile to build up your account balance (HP) so that you can interact on Hive. I have delegated 25 HP to help you get started. When you reach 80 HP you should be able to do a full days worth of commenting posting, and voting. 25 HP will let you do a few post/comments and votes before running out of power and having to wait days for it to recharge.
