Bienvenidos a mi blog.

En la publicación anterior escribí acerca de cómo distribuyo mi tiempo en las labores diarias, en este post quiero comentar sobre como realizo la organización de mis tareas diarias, quizás se preguntan, por qué comparto esta publicación después de la distribución del tiempo, porque ambas están entrelazadas, una te lleva a la otra.

Para organizar las tareas divido de acuerdo a mis necesidades en: tareas esenciales, tareas secundarias y otras tareas, esto lo hago tomando en cuenta el tiempo, porque hay tareas que solo las puedo hacer en la mañana como las esenciales, tomo la tarde para hacer las tareas secundarias y dejo para hacer en la noche otras tareas que no son tan importantes.

Recuerdo que organizar mis tareas en una planificación me ha ayudado a disminuir el estrés, fortalecer mi progreso personal, distribuir mejor el tiempo y optimizar mis quehaceres diarios. Espero que mi escritura sirva para ayudar también a otras personas.

In the previous post I wrote about how I distribute my time in my daily tasks, in this post I want to comment on how I do the organization of my daily tasks, maybe you are wondering why I share this post after the time distribution, because both are intertwined, one leads you to the other.

To organize the tasks I divide them according to my needs in: essential tasks, secondary tasks and other tasks, I do this taking into account the time, because there are tasks that I can only do in the morning as the essential ones, I take the afternoon to do the secondary tasks and I leave to do at night other tasks that are not so important.

I remember that organizing my tasks in a plan has helped me to reduce stress, strengthen my personal progress, better distribute my time and optimize my daily chores. I hope that my writing will help other people as well.

I think this is a very smart idea in order to stress less and optimize the time you have in a day to get more things done.

I don’t have a physical list of the order I do things but mentally I kind of set my day up in the same way you mentioned. I prioritize in my head and think about the things I need to do first and so forth. Most days I get about 70% of the things I had planned accomplished.

Sometimes if I have really important things to do like a phone call or making appointments I do quickly jot those down in my notes or put them in my calendar with an alarm set to remind me.

I also set the alarm on my phone for the most important things, because that way I reinforce the notes and don't forget anything. Thanks for the support.

Same here. I tend to forget easily so those alarms really help.
