Hello friends of Street Workout Community. I sent you a big hug and thank you for inviting me to belong to the #hive blockchain. My story began in mid-2023, together with my friend Diego who has motivated me to train every afternoon at the same time, we started doing basics with improvised routines and over time I have improved my routines and postures in the exercises, with With the mutual support of my colleagues, I was able to improve the basic level, thus achieving exercises such as the muscle-up and arch pull-ups. On the other hand, I also began to practice static ones because of their aesthetics and difficulty.

Mi principal meta es mejorar como atleta, volviéndome uno de los mejores en mi país y a su vez lograr un gran control y dominio de los estáticos. Por otra parte, dar cursos de entrenamientos básicos de calistenia para así ayudar a personas a mejorar su condición física y a su vez darme a conocer a través de distintos medios y redes sociales.

My main goal is to improve as an athlete, becoming one of the best in my country and at the same time achieving great control and mastery of statics. On the other hand, give basic calisthenics training courses to help people improve their physical condition and at the same time make myself known through different media and social networks.

Mis objetivos dentro de la comunidad de #hive es compartir conocimiento y técnicas, así como rutinas y métodos de entrenamiento, para motivar a más atletas a seguir mejorando y para que las personas conozcan el mundo de la calistenia. Más adelante, quisiera demostrar mi esfuerzo a nivel competitivo en todos los rincones en donde se promueva el Street Workout.

My goals within the #hive community are to share knowledge and techniques, as well as training routines and methods, to motivate more athletes to continue improving and to introduce people to the world of calisthenics. Later, I would like to demonstrate my effort at a competitive level in all corners where Street Workout is promoted.
