¡Hola querida comunidad de Hive! Hoy les queremos compartir nuestra última salida juntos. 🥰 Y es que esta salida fue particularmente especial para los dos, ya que fue totalmente improvisada 🙈😅, sucedió que cuando nos encontramos en el metro con destino a la zona de Polanco con intenciones de visitar y disfrutar de sus atracciones y compartirlas con ustedes 😄, a @panconcajeta se le rompieron por completo sus lentes 😢, así que pidió ir a un lugar muy icónico de la CDMX, se trata de la plaza de los lentes en el metro Allende de la línea azul del metro. 😮👓 Así que emprendimos nuestra nueva aventura con la única misión de disfrutar de nuestro tiempo juntos y de conseguirle otros lentes al bonito de @panconcajeta. 😎😄 Sin embargo… esperamos que pronto podamos traerles un blog paseando por Polanco, que es otra de las zonas más turísticas y bonitas de la CDMX. 🤗

Hello dear Hive community! Today we want to share with you our last outing together. 🥰 And the thing is that this outing was particularly special for both of us, since it was totally improvised 🙈😅, it so happened that when we were on the subway with destination to the Polanco area with intentions to visit and enjoy its attractions and share them with you 😄, @panconcajeta completely broke his glasses 😢, so he asked to go to a very iconic place in the CDMX, it's about the glasses square in the Allende subway of the blue line of the subway. 😮👓 So we set off on our new adventure with the sole mission of enjoying our time together and getting the pretty guy at @panconcajeta another pair of glasses. 😎😄 However... we hope that soon we can bring you a blog walking around Polanco, which is another one of the most touristic and beautiful areas of CDMX. 🤗

Así que @fclore22 sugirió visitar una plaza donde a él le hicieron sus lentes, la cual es la misma donde se encuentra la pizzería donde comimos aquella gran pizza en nuestro blog [“Celebrando nuestro tercer mes de relación💕” ] Pero como no tenían algo que se ajustaran a los lentes de @panconcajeta, salimos de ahí dispuestos a llegar al centro histórico de la CDMX. Sin embargo, aprovechamos la ocasión para comprar una “soda italiana” en la cafetería de la plaza y una rebanada de pizza de aquella pizzería, ambas estuvieron deliciosas. 😋🥤🍕
So @fclore22 suggested visiting a plaza where he had his glasses made, which is the same one where the pizzeria where we ate that great pizza in our blog [“Celebrando nuestro tercer mes de relación💕” ]But since they didn't have something that would fit @panconcajeta's glasses, we left there willing to get to the historic center of the CDMX. However, we took the opportunity to buy an "Italian soda" at the cafeteria in the plaza and a slice of pizza from that pizzeria, both were delicious. 😋🥤

Hasta que finalmente llegamos a la plaza de los lentes en el metro Allende. Y quizá les sorprenda saber que es todo un inmueble (y hasta una calle entera 😳) dedicada a la venta, diseño, composición y ajuste de micas y armazones de lentes y gafas 👓, a un precio que muchas veces es sospechosamente barato… 🤔
Aquí seguramente podrás encontrar el armazón ideal para ti, al igual que otros accesorios, al igual que lentes para todos los gustos y edades. 😄
Until we finally arrived at the Plaza de los lentes in the Allende metro. And you might be surprised to know that it is an entire property (and even a whole street 😳) dedicated to the sale, design, composition and adjustment of lenses and glasses frames 👓, at a price that is often suspiciously cheap ... 🤔.
Here you can surely find the ideal frame for you, as well as other accessories, as well as lenses for all tastes and ages. 😄

Después de haber completo nuestra misión, continuamos paseando por esa parte del centro, aquí hay unas fotos de nuestro recorrido.
After we completed our mission, we continued walking around that part of downtown, here are some pics of our tour.
Esta es la cámara de diputados del país, desde afuera tiene un aspecto imponente, y es que su fachada es una de las más grandes y majestuosas del país. Tiene una imponente arquitectura y una decoración única. La fachada está compuesta por una serie de columnas jónicas que sostienen un gran arco. En la parte superior hay una serie de relieves que representan a los diferentes grupos étnicos que habitan México, cuenta con estilo clásico y actualmente esta intervenido con consignas feministas, en parte por el clima político de los últimos eventos del país.
This is the chamber of deputies of the country, from the outside it has an imposing appearance, and its facade is one of the largest and most majestic in the country. It has an imposing architecture and unique decoration. The facade is composed of a series of Ionic columns that support a large arch. At the top there are a series of reliefs representing the different ethnic groups that inhabit Mexico, it has a classic style and is currently intervened with feminist slogans, partly due to the political climate of recent events in the country.
Avanzando por esa misma calle, llegamos hasta una iglesia de exterior muy llamativo, ya que pertenece a una estética de tiempos remotos, se trataba de La parroquia de San Lorenzo, que se encuentra en la calle San Lorenzo, en el centro histórico de la Ciudad de México. Fue construida en el siglo XVI y está dedicada al diácono y mártir San Lorenzo. El templo es de estilo barroco y tiene una sola nave. El altar mayor está cubierto por una cúpula de madera dorada. La parroquia está rodeada por un cementerio, en el que se encuentran las tumbas de personajes ilustres, como el dramaturgo Manuel Maónsiguía, el arquitecto Pedro Ramírez Vázquez y el pintor Alfredo Guati Rojo. Y es específicamente para nosotros ya que fue en ella donde @panconcajeta cantó en coro cuando estudiaba en la FAM, hace algunos años. Es una iglesia donde normalmente se llevan a cabo más conciertos de música muy folclórica y católica. Desafortunadamente no tuvimos la oportunidad de entrar para poderles mostrar algunas imagenes de su interiror. 😓
Moving along the same street, we arrived at a church with a very striking exterior, as it belongs to an aesthetic of ancient times, it was the parish of San Lorenzo, which is located on San Lorenzo Street, in the historic center of Mexico City. It was built in the 16th century and is dedicated to the deacon and martyr San Lorenzo. The temple is of baroque style and has a single nave. The main altar is covered by a gilded wooden dome. The parish is surrounded by a cemetery, where you can find the tombs of illustrious people, such as the playwright Manuel Maónsiguía, the architect Pedro Ramírez Vázquez and the painter Alfredo Guati Rojo. And it is specifically for us since it was there where @panconcajeta sang in choir when he studied at the FAM, some years ago. It is a church where usually more concerts of very folkloric and catholic music are held. Unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to go inside to show you some pictures of its interior. 😓
Y cuando continuamos por esa calle nos encontramos con otra iglesia enigmática, ya que había que descender unas escaleras a la altura de la calle para poder ingresar a ella. Se trataba del conocido “Templo de la Inmaculada Concepción”, una parada interesante en nuestro viaje, aquí tienen algunas fotos de ellas:
And when we continued along that street we found another enigmatic church, since we had to descend some stairs at street level in order to enter it. It was the well known " Temple of the Immaculate Conception", an interesting stop in our trip, here you have some pictures of it:
Continuando con nuestro camino, llegamos al metro Bellas Artes, en el corazón de la CDMX, para poder llegar a nuestro siguiente destino en toda esta aventura improvisada 😅, Y aunque los dos hemos recorrido varias veces de nuestra vida antes esta estación, nunca habíamos ingresado por este lado a la estación.
Y gracias a ello pudimos descubrir estos curiosos murales, en donde se ilustran representaciones interesantes, por un lado, de la moda y arte en tiempos de la revolución mexicana, así como trabajos elaborados posteriores referentes a ese suceso tan significativo en nuestra historia como país, y por el otro, un mural dedicado a Francia, describiendo visualmente su arte, y monumentos más icónicos.
La verdad desconocemos mucho del contexto de estos murales, pero reconocemos su belleza y trabajo.
Continuing on our way, we arrived at the Bellas Artes subway, in the heart of the CDMX, in order to reach our next destination in this whole improvised adventure 😅, And although we both have traveled several times in our life before this station, we had never entered this side of the station.
And thanks to this we were able to discover these curious murals, where interesting representations are illustrated, on the one hand, of fashion and art in times of the Mexican revolution, as well as later elaborate works referring to that event so significant in our history as a country, and on the other, a mural dedicated to France, visually describing its art, and most iconic monuments.
The truth is that we don't know much about the context of these murals, but we recognize their beauty and work

Sucede que @fclore22 llevó a @panconcajeta a una tienda de comida coreana que ni el mismo recordaba que había ido hace años, pero que vio por redes sociales y le pareció lindo ir a probar de los que parecían, muy apetitosos panes al vapor. 😮😋♨
Y es que solo miren sus formas y colores, son muy lindos. 🥺🥰💖 Los sabores son de mango, el osito era de café con leche y el de ranita era de chocolate con menta, todos muy deliciosos y fieles a sus sabores. 😊💓
It so happens that @fclore22 took @panconcajeta to a Korean food store that even he didn't remember going to years ago, but he saw through social media and thought it was nice to go try some of what looked like, very appetizing steamed buns. 😮😋♨
And is that just look at their shapes and colors, they are very cute. 🥺🥰💖 The flavors are mango, the little bear was coffee with milk and the froggy one was mint chocolate, all very delicious and true to their flavors. 😊💓
Posterior a ello intentamos dirigirnos a comer a un restaurante de la popular cadena llamada “La casa de Toño” De los que, de hecho, hay dos muy juntos de donde estábamos 😳, que en este punto ahora era Zona Rosa, de nuevo jajaja. 😅🤭
Subsequently we tried to head to eat at a restaurant of the popular chain called " Toño's house" Of which, in fact, there are two very close together from where we were 😳, which at this point was now Zona Rosa, again hahaha. 😅🤭
Sin embargo, se tardaban mucho para poder darnos una mesa, y había comenzado a llover por la ciudad, además de que ya teníamos mucha hambre. 😣
Por lo que regresamos a la tienda donde compramos los panes al vapor y nos pedimos lo poco que aún seguía en el Menú, ya que la hora de cerrar estaba cerca. 😓
However, they were taking too long to be able to give us a table, and it had started to rain around the city, plus we were already very hungry. 😣
So we went back to the store where we bought the steamed buns and ordered what little was still on the Menu, as closing time was near. 😓
Así que @panconcajeta pidió un “Jeyuk” que por lo que decía el menú era cabeza de lomo de res picante y arroz, y @fclore22 pidió un pollo dulce a la naranja, que eran trocitos de pollo rebosado con salsa muy dulce sabor naranja… en realidad ninguno de los dos había comido nada de eso antes 😆, pero ambxs siempre estamos dispuestos a probar cosas nuevas. 😄
So @panconcajeta ordered a "Jeyuk" which from what the menu said was spicy beef tenderloin head and rice, and @fclore22 ordered a sweet orange chicken, which was little pieces of chicken overflowing with very sweet orange flavored sauce... actually neither of us had ever eaten anything like that before 😆, but we both are always up for trying new things. 😄
Al final a @fclore22 no le gustó tanto su pollo dulce, y a @panconcajeta sí, así que cambiamos de platillo y fuimos muy felices comiendo juntos, mientras disfrutabamos de la lluvia y del calmado ambiente del amable establecimiento 😊. Por cierto, @fclore22 se pidió una boba soda de taro, muy rica. 😄
Cuando terminamos de comer, nos dirigimos al metro Insurgentes de la línea rosa para regresar a nuestras casas. 😊 Aquí pueden ver unas fotos del guapo de @panconcajeta en la icónica glorieta de insurgentes de dicha estación, y luego los dos juntos. 👨❤️👨
In the end @fclore22 didn't like his sweet chicken so much, and @panconcajeta did, so we switched dishes and were very happy eating together, while enjoying the rain and the calm atmosphere of the friendly establishment 😊. By the way, @fclore22 ordered himself a boba taro soda, very tasty. 😄
When we finished eating, we headed to the Insurgentes metro on the pink line to head back to our homes. 😊 Here you can see some pics of @panconcajeta's handsome guy at the iconic insurgentes traffic circle of said station, and then the two of us together. 👨❤️👨
Y eso fue todo por el blog de hoy 😊, esperamos que lo hayan disfrutado tanto como nosotros lo hacemos al elaborarlo y escribirlo para compartirlo con esta gran comunidad. 🤗
Aunque todo haya sido bastante improvisado y muy sorpresivo para los dos, nos divertimos muchísimo y aprendimos más de nuestra ciudad. 😮😄
