Part-1: Why Pakistan was declared among best tourism countries for 2020?

In my previous blog I discussed how Pakistan thrived from worst country to travel to one of the best travel and holiday destination.
In this post I will be discussing about what are the things which make Pakistan as "Next Big Thing for tourism" .

There are a lot of things to discuss but here I am starting to point out famous and ancient places Province wise.

1-PUNJAB (Punj=five and aab=water which makes the land of 5 Rivers):
Punjab is number 1 province of Pakistan in terms of population and number second in terms of area (205345 sq Km). Punjab is rich in terms of bearing ancient places. Punjab bears the history of ancient Buddhist temples and sites. Punjab also has the historical places of great Mughal era of early 1526-1857. Punjab comprises rich agricultural land, a vast network of rivers and channels, shrines, forts and gardens of Mughal era.

Waghah Border (between Pakistan and India) Lahore,
Badshahi Mosque Lahore,
Minar-e-Pakistan Lahore,
Multan Garrison Mess,
Clock Tower,
Kashmir point Maree,
Noor Mahal,
Food street fort road,
Khewra salt mines.
there are many more places to visit.

2-BALOCHISTAN
Balochistan is the largest province of Pakistan in terms of area (374190 sq Km). Balochistan is rich with mineral resources i.e coal, gas, salt and etc. Not only minerals but Balochistan is rich in its beautiful mountain ranges, possessing very long costal belt including new projects of China Pakistan Economics Corridor (CPEC) Gawader port which is developed recently.

In Balochistan there are many caves for tourists to visit including the Juniper Shaft Cave, Shahre-e-Roghan, the Murghagull Gharra cave, Mughall saa cave, and Pakistan’s naturally decorated cave, the Mangocher Cave.

Pir Ghayb (The Invisible Saint) Waterfalls – Bolan,
Moola Chotok – Khuzdar,
Quaid-e-Azam Residency – Ziarat,
Hannah Jheel (Hannah Lake and Urrak) – Quetta,
Hingol National Park – Hingol,
Kund Malir Beach – Kund Malir,
Astola Island – Gwadar-Pasni,
Jhal Magsi Desert Rally – Jhal Magsi.

3-SINDH
Sindh is located in South-East of Pakistan, it is third largest province by area (140914 sq Km) and second by population followed by Punjab which is most populated province.
One of the main features, which makes Sindh important for the country, is flow of River Indus whose length is 3180 km (1980 miles), its flow originates from Western Tibet (mountain range) of China and ends at Arabian sea Karachi of Pakistan.

Sindh bears the history of 5000+ years old civilization (Indus valley Civilization) from Moen-jo-Daro (mount of deads). Also, one of the oldest cultures of the world is governed by Sindh ( Sindhi topi means Sindhi cap and Sindhi Ajrak means Sindhi muffler).

Sindh is abounded with archeological sites. Most famous of them are:
Ancient graveyard Makli Hill, district Thatta, Sindh,Kalan kot Thatta,Archeological sites of Bhambhore.
Fort Rani Kot (built same as great wall of China) about 30 Km Jamshoro, Sindh, Kheerthar range Sehwan, Sindh.
Kot Diji Fort Khairpur Mirus, Sindh, Shrines of great poets Qalandar Lal Shehbaz, Sachal Sarmast, Shah Abdul Latif Bhitai and etc.

Sindh also posses the twelfth largest city in the world ,Karachi which is largest city of Pakistan and capital of Sindh. For Pakistan Karachi is commercial hub. Karachi meets with the Arabian sea which makes its important even more in terms of trade and economic growth as trade takes places from Karachi port to the other parts of world. Karachi is known as city of lights. The founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah is buried there.
