Sunsets, bulgy humps,
With the broken smiles
And painful giggles
We realize,
We were all meant to be broken
We pause in what's meant to be
A place we were meant to drown in peace
The different path along the way,
We were all meant to learn things,
And leave, but never meant to stay at the same place.
We are meant to reach a destination
A place far greater known
where we find moments,
joy, and stability
Some journeys are sooner,
with a happy face
but shattered within,
Some journey is slow,
Yet wonderful and peaceful.
We never understand that the pieces
Which were meant to be broken
Is meant to find a light at
the end of the tunnel
Of our journey
And when the journey finishes
We realize we have found
an everlasting peace
