Selección y almacén de Chuño y Tunta en "Qolqa" | Peru culture

Por estas fechas las redes se inundan de Tarjetas Navideñas, y eso despertó en mí una idea loca. La de hacer una tarjeta que reflejen nuestras Costumbres prehispánicas, de esta manera tener presente la importancia de tales acciones de nuestros ancestros.

El Perú Prehispánico fue una mezcla de varias culturas y lo sigue siendo...Y con tantos años de experiencia y riqueza cultural, ¿por qué no traer al presente esas prácticas mejoradas?. La alimentación es una de ellas. Aquí plasmo la selección que se hacía cuando el Chuño y Tunta (Moraya) estaban listos para ser almacenadas durante largos periodos de años (más de 10). Además, el sistema de ventilación de la Qolqa, ayudan a preservar estos alimentos en excelentes condiciones.
