Bedroom Makeover: Preliminary Design (Unfinished)

Since last year, I've been planning for a bedroom makeover, had it not been for the pandemic, the room might probably be transformed. Fiber cement boards and metal furring have been bought to replace the closets which have been termite-infested. Since I can't push through with the original plan (for now), I've decided to take charge and sort of make it my personal project since I can't even go out.

Given that I can't make major changes, I'll leave the shelves above and the closet as is. Since the room was painted around 3-4 years ago, it's still unnecessary to repaint the room, although I would've really loved a different shade of green on one side of the room.

Anyway, this design is still unfinished as I'm really having a hard time deciding the plant arrangements. As you can see, I'm planning to add some sort of landscape on one corner, and I'm also thinking of adding tons of hanging plants around the room. The overall design might probably end up being boho or rustic or maybe zen.

I'm currently on the process of decluttering and realized that proper organizing really changes a lot—a lot!

(I'll probably have to juggle between thinking about the design and decluttering, though most times my attention span fails me and I end up watching some shows on Netflix).
