Here is another ballpoint pen drawing for this #trippythursday
A crystal shard hovers inside a bank safety deposit box undiscovered for years.
The owners of the safety deposit box had willed it relatives for generations until finally the last generation became sterile and the bank ended up owning the content.
A teller opened the box and discovered the floating crystal shard.
The bank then auctioned it off to the highest bidder. Many material science corporations put in high bids.
But in the end an esoteric billionaire won the bid.
Now they are using the crystal to enhance their psychic abilities.
It reveals the future and the past to them and they increase their profit ten fold.
But with repeated exposure to the crystal the billionaire's head becomes more egg-like.
And their philosophy ends up becoming more Malthusian. Soon they start holding press conferences on how there are too many people on the planet and that we should own nothing and be happy.
Finally the world has had enough and they take the crystal away from the billionaire and launch it into space. Suddenly a reptilian space ship teleports to the crystal and absorbs it back into their ship. As it turns out this shard was a missing piece of their sewage control system. This basic mistake has caused major political problems on earth as people are still trying to be happy without owning anything and eating bugs. In reality the crystal used bugs to purge the sewage system of the ship and then purged the bugs into space when they were no longer needed.
That's all for now, thanks for looking :-)
Nice sketch and story. Beware space junk lol I wonder how many ancient artifacts are in museum with elaborate stories that are really just something from an ancient trash heap and something totally unrelated to the elaborate story 🤔
Historians have the biggest imaginations. Years from now they will find fidget spinners and think they are a religious ritual item symbolizing the holy trinity.
A lovely pattern! It makes me think of music, I don't know why?
Ah you're right I now see a quarter note and a whole note and a measure symbol in there.
