The freaky bird (mixed media on paper)

Hello hivers, I wish you a wonderful Saturday and an happy weekend! Here in my area it's another hot sunny day, but yesterday me and my hubby @paolobeneforti spent the most part of the afternoon with some friends in a beautiful little village called Gavinana and I feel myself full of energy and positive thoughts. The village is on the mountain close to my city and so we enjoyed a little cooler air walking around there. It was really a nice afternoon. ^_^

Today I'm here to share with you a small painting I just finished. About one month ago I created a couple of freaky birds using some scraps of the newspaper I used to clean my brushes while I worked on some different paintings. The result was very interesting and so I decided to paint a freaky bird similar to those ones.
In the following pic you can see the final result:

It's a mixed media (acrylic colors, oil colors and white ink) painting on 200 gsm paper in A5 size and, like I use to do for you, I took some pics while I was painted this funny bird so you can see the process too:
