A new bird in light blue (oil on paper)

Hello hivers, an happy Saturday to you all!
After a rainy morning, now a pale Sun is shining between a lot of clouds, the temperature outside is warm enough to enjoy a walk along the side of the small river close to my home and this is a good activity to clean my mind and to move my legs. ❤️

This morning, as usual, I woke up soon to work with my brushes and colors on some new artworks during the first hours of the day and, in the following pics, you can see the final result of a small piece I just finished:

As you can see, the subject is a bird in my own illustrative style. It's a sweet (and a little fat) bird in the shades of light blue.
It's an oil colors painting on 200 gsm paper in A6 size and, like I use to do for you every time I paint something new, I took some pics while I was painted this one on my small working table so you can see the steps of the process too:

Just to know, I used also some of the oil colors the students of the art class left inside our lab, because the oil colors need some days before to dry and so in the meantime they can be used more and more times.
