THose are practical solutions to keep India swatch or clean. Wet waste goes for composting, dry waste is plastic waste goes for recycling and sanitary or reject waste is all the saninary pad waste and hazardous waste that are incerenated ...

These measures prevent landfills from forming/growing etc.

Giving a message that is not going to be implemented is no use.
