Otaku (Japanese: おたく or オタク)

is a Japanese term for people with consuming interests, particularly in anime and manga.
Source

The main difference between a weeaboo and an otaku is that when an otaku says that anime is life, it's usually meant to show their love for it but it doesn't mean that it is literally their life and all they care about. ... An otaku can be described as being a fan of manga and anime while a weeaboo is obsessed with them.
Source

Otaku basically means by it's American definition (The Japanese one is drastically different and is an insult there) that someone is obsessed with manga, anime, and Japanese video games. ... A weeaboo basically is just an otaku that has taken their passion into something more drastic.
Source

A weeb is a derisive term for a non-Japanese person who is so obsessed with Japanese culture that they wish they were actually Japanese.
Source

What's the difference between an anime enthusiast, an otaku and a weeb? How do I know which of them am I?

  1. Enthusiast - Interest

  2. Otaku - Passion/Hobby

  3. Weeb - Dangerous obsession

Let me just conclude that...

I'm an anime lover.

I really love collecting anime memorabilias, cards, figurines, stickers, stationeries, etc. I also love watching anime series. Reading comics or mangas. Most of all I want to draw them. And because of that I will be presenting my official entry for the Hive PH: Tuesday, All Things Anime challenge.

... Sharing one of my drawing...
20161119_202358-1-1.jpg
I can remember I drew this when I was nine years old? If I can remember it correctly. I don't know if my mom kept my sketch pads. But I have a lot of drawings there. I missed doing this...

This are my top ten anime recommendations:

The story begins during the 11th year of the Meiji period in Japan (1878) and follows a former assassin from the Bakumatsu, known as Hitokiri Battosai. After his work against the bakufu, Hitokiri Battosai disappears to become Himura Kenshin: a wandering swordsman who protects the people of Japan with a vow never to take another life. Watsuki wrote the series upon his desire to make a shōnen manga different from the other ones that were published at the time, with Kenshin being a former assassin and the story taking a more serious tone as it continued. The manga revolves around themes of atonement, peace, and romance.
