Today I'll sharing a painting I just concluded
Titled: "IN A SECOND"
IN A SECOND

Those moments when music fails to aid your path,
when sleep fails to escape you from your drowning emotions,
when every action people make around you only look bad to you

Those moments when you have your headphones on only to listen to your own thoughts,
when you zoned out more than you actually lived the day,
"I'm not lazy" you'll always say in your head

Those moments when you cover up your emotions with an "LoL" prefix,
when emotions fail to express your state of mind,
when you brace your impending tears with a smile,
that moment when you travelled a thousand years in a second.

This is the first piece from the "HYMNS FROM A WAILING HEART" art series, it talks about emotions from our every day life, experience and reality.

I hope to do my best in expressing those feelings as much as I want to and aid your path through the journey of a thousand emotions.
