Girasol a lapices de color. //

Lo primero fue situar el espacio, de este modo dibujar las lineas guías, y hacer el boceto a lapiz del dibujo, en este caso el girasol.

The first thing was to make guidelines on the space and sketch the flower, in this case the sunflower.

Ya luego de haber dibujado la flor a lápiz, procedo a aplicar el color, esta vez utilizo lapices de colores, debo de admitir que es de las técnicas que más empleo, (espero pronto animarme y mostrarle proyectos utilizando otras técnicas). De este modo, comienzo por el tallo, para ello utilizo colores verdes en diferentes tonos, además de algunos rojos para aplicar ciertos matices.

After having drawn the flower in pencil, I proceed to apply the color, starting with the stem, for this I use green colors in different tones, as well as reds to apply some nuances.

Seguidamente trabaje sobre las hojas siguiendo la misma escala tonal del tallo, aplicando esta vez añadiendo amarillos y blancos para dar luces.

Then work on the leaves following the same tonal scale as the stem, applying some yellows and whites to give highlights.

Para el centro de la flor, utilice violetas, rojos, y naranjas, realizando pequeños círculos comencé a pintar, esto para dar la alusión a la forma que tiene el elemento y para la flor como tal, aplique colores totalmente cálidos en su mayoría y algunos azules solo para dar sensación de profundidad.

For the center of the flower, use violets, reds, and oranges, making small circles I began to paint, this to give an allusion to the shape of the element and for the flower as such, apply totally warm colors for the most part and some blues. just to give a sense of depth.

Finalmente, aplique un color violeta sobre el fondo para resaltar la flor, debo admitir que tenía tiempo sin dibujar esta clase de elemento, a pesar de ser consciente de que hay detalles que mejorar, me siento bastante contenta con el resultado. Espero sus sugerencias y apoyo.

Finally, I applied a purple color on the background to highlight the flower, I must admit that I had a long time without drawing this kind of element, despite being aware that there are details to improve, I feel quite happy with the result. I look forward to your suggestions and support.
