Ejercicio de Dibujo. Parte 1 // Drawing exercise. Part 1 (ESP-ENG)

in Sketchbook3 years ago (edited)

Today I want to share with you one of those exercises carried out during my studies in the Visual Arts career, right in the chair of analytical drawing. In himself it was required to choose some inanimate object of our preference no matter what it was, and then transform it in some way.

For this exercise, I used a kerosene lamp from those old ladies, which has never been used in my home, and perhaps for that reason it has always caught my attention, and I felt a certain urge to draw it, so that was the right time to use it in some way. mode.

The first step was to draw the object with all its characteristics, achieving the greatest possible realism, for this we had to use mixed but dry techniques, which is why for this I decided to use colored pencils, sanguine and pastel chalks. With a strong effort I proceeded to carry out the first step and
although there were quite a few details to correct, it was not so bad in the first exercise.

After having obtained this, we should generate a certain distortion of the object without losing its original shape, which is why I decided this time to generate a kind of movement in which it was observed as a fading. Use for this step the same technique of the previous work, colored pencils, chalk and blood on paper.

As the classes went by we had to give other shapes to the object, I will soon show you the other results that I obtained in this exercise, which I have most enjoyed doing. And although there are always details to correct the results that I obtained at least in these first two steps, they satisfy me a lot.
