I had planned on sharing this art piece yesterday as my last artwork for the year but unexpectedly my Dad called me and asked that I visit. The visit was supposed to be short since we’ve seen each other twice this past week but then when I got there we started talking and before you know it, the day was gone. I bought him a gift on the way though and he really loved it. I didn’t even know that he’d been talking to my Mom that he wanted something like that for a while and to think that I bought that particular thing because the vendor was pestering me is kind of funny 😄. What a way to end the year.
Because of the unplanned activities, time slipped and I lost track of everything. So here I am sharing my first art piece for the year 2026.
