FACE PRACTICE #10 (Natural)

¡Hola a todos! Seguimos nuevamente en esta hermosa y productiva práctica de dibujo, inspirada principalmente en rostros, con el objetivo de mejorar mi dibujo y ampliar mis habilidades en el retrato en mi estilo.

Hello everyone! We continue again in this beautiful and productive drawing practice, inspired mainly by faces, with the aim of improving my drawing and broadening my skills in portraiture in my style.

BEGIN THE PROCESS! ♥

Cada quien tiene su forma de comenzar un dibujo: unos utilizan figuras geométricas, otros líneas y otros forman el cuerpo a medias como en mi caso. Me siento más conforme así, a fin de cuentas debes tomar la técnica con que más te sientas a gusto y que te resulte para tu dibujo.

Everyone has their own way of starting a drawing: some use geometric figures, others lines and others half form the body as in my case. I feel more satisfied this way, in the end you should take the technique with which you feel most comfortable and that works for your drawing.

Esta es una modelo que siempre he querido dibujar. Objetivamente no tiene algún rasgo sobresaliente, más me encanta sus ojos grandes y su largo cuello, elementos que me gusta emplear en mis dibujos, así que decidí practicar con sus rostro y ver los resultados.

This is a model I've always wanted to draw. Objectively she doesn't have any outstanding features, but I love her big eyes and her long neck, elements that I like to use in my drawings, so I decided to practice with her face and see the results.

He pensado en más adelante tomar estos bocetos y comenzarlos a pintar en blanco y negro, para ir practicando cada vez más las luces y sombras, pero primero terminaré con este reto que sinceramente no sé si tenga fin porque me encanta hacer bocetos. Probablemente luego de un gran tiempo de práctica, comience a probar más el blanco y negro en retratos.

El color que elegí fue el VERDE, por ello agregué el tema: Natural. No encuentro alguna característica que me inspire lo que elegí, pero algo de la ilustración me decía que ese era el tema para esta práctica.

I have thought about later taking these sketches and starting to paint them in black and white, to practice more and more the lights and shadows, but first I will finish with this challenge that I honestly don't know if it will end because I love making sketches. Probably after a long time of practice, I will start to try black and white more in portraits.

The color I chose was GREEN, so I added the theme: Natural. I can't find any features that inspired what I chose, but something in the illustration told me that that was the theme for this practice.

Aww, ya llegamos a 10 bocetos. No es la gran cosa, pero para un artista tan inconstante como yo (la mayoría de las veces por flojera mental), es todo un logro para mi. Espero poder hacer más de 50 bocetos si es posible, ¿te imaginas cuánto podré aprender si hago más de 200, 500... ¡1000!? Así que también te reto a practicar rostros ♥

Aww, we already reached 10 sketches. It's not a big deal, but for an artist as fickle as I am (most of the time due to mental laziness), it's quite an achievement for me. I hope to make more than 50 sketches if possible, can you imagine how much I can learn if I make more than 200, 500... 1000!? So I also dare you to practice faces ♥
