Modern House 28 ( a 3d visualization project)

I woke up late this morning as I was too busy working on important things last night. Although I had a bit of headache earlier I still manage to work-out something for my Modern house series. In this visual, I designed something very simple in looks & low in terms of budget.

The idea is to create a design that is fit for a bachelor or a small family of three. The entrance is on the side of the house and with an informal approach. The part that gave me an odd feeling is a terrace in front of the house. I feel like it makes the house too inviting.

The material finishes that I chose is the one that gives the design a formal look; a combination of stucco plaster & stone walls. The dark theme makes it look masculine.
