SMUDGE EFFECT OF A BLACK LADY ON AUTODESK

I just made the decision to smudge a photo I found on Pinterest. I was able to smudge it with a smudge round Bristle brush, flow 7%, strength 1%, and the size fluctuates, without too much difficulty.

Here is the screenshot of the process below. I was able to use effect, color, soft-light for the blending.
