Hello everyone! How are you doing? I'm very excited today to show you the drawing I made because for me it's something special, especially because it's my first time drawing in semi-realistic style.

For this drawing I took as a reference several images of girls that I saw on Pinterest and so I got the idea of how the girl I was going to draw was going to look like. Then I made the sketch in the application and I lowered the opacity a lot and I was coloring guided by the lines of the sketch.

Para este dibujo tomé de referencia varias imágenes de chicas que vi en Pinterest y así fui haciéndome la idea de cómo iba a ser la chica que iba a dibujar. Luego realicé el boceto en la aplicación y le bajé bastante la opacidad y fui coloreando guiandome de las líneas del boceto.

So I started by first placing the base color that the skin was going to have and then I made the shadows and the illumination that it was going to have. This was a bit complicated because I couldn't find a brush that could mix both colors (the base color and the color for the shadows) and neither gave the texture I wanted so I had to color with what I had so I guess I have to keep looking for the most suitable brush to paint skins.

Así comencé primero colocando el color base que iba a tener la piel y luego realicé las sombras y la iluminación que iba a tener. Esto fue un poco complicado porque no encontraba un pincel que pudiese mezclar ambos colores (el color base y el color para las sombras) y tampoco daban la textura que quería así que tuve que colorear con lo que tenía así que supongo que tengo que seguir buscando el pincel más adecuado para pintar pieles.

The most complicated part of the drawing was definitely shading the face and making the hair lines and playing with their opacity. For the design of the shirt I just made shapes with the brush in low opacity and made some with a little darker color.

La parte más complicada del dibujo definitivamente fue sombrear la cara y hacer las lineas del pelo y jugar con la opacidad de èstas. Para el diseño de la camisa solo hice formas con el pincel en opacidad baja y realicè algunas con un color un poco màs oscuro.
