You are an exceptionally talented person and that is why I follow and upvote your posts.
I do this manually.

A lot of votes on Hive are automated; people follow other people who vote on posts, but don't necessarily look at the post themselves.
If you post videos you might have 100s of votes but only 3 actual views, that will be because the majority just follow and might not even be active in Hive.
And then there are people who get upvoted for their efforts so they can develop further.

Commenting and upvoting other people's posts helps you to be seen and noted for what you can do..

Give and take is what works and you make worldwide friends along the way...😉
That is only my opinion though.. 😃

Thank you for your support of my posts. I think that everyone votes for people who have great voting power. They don't vote for posts according to their quality. That's why I don't post them anymore because I get tired of drawing, and in the end I see meaningless posts and you get a lot of supportive votes.

At first it will be less about your drawings, but about making contacts.
Those with high voting power started small too!
It would be a shame if you stopped posting your drawings.. They are wonderful!

I get tired a lot at work as well as in drawing and I also do not benefit from anything

If your aim is to receive benefit here but can't be bothered to make the effort to make contacts and engage with the community, then you have no one else to blame but yourself.

All your comments are responding to people's comments to your own post. You follow 261 accounts on Hive but you don't comment on anybody else's post. Plus you upvote yourself more than anybody else. All this is selfish behaviour.

So ask yourself, why should people support you when there are thousands of other team players on Hive?
