Why is Hive NOT welcoming any more?

Hi guys,

I have tried making posts last couple of months but I seem to always get down-voted, and for this reason, I am not motivated to be here any more. WHAT HAPPENED TO HIVE?

It used to be fun here, but not any more, at least not for me.

I´m I missing something?
