Is a resource that you need to make any transactions on the blockchain, from posting to comment etc... you gain more with HP (Hive power), you can stack more to increase your vote's worth and the amount of actions you can take on Hive.
Right now your votes value is near to zero, when you upvote through peakd you can choose how much voting power you use by percentage, also you have 20 HP delegated for transactions but a uploaded video use a lot of your RC so possibly you can't post two videos the same day or make more than a few comments.
my RC is actually at 90% now and was near 100% when I checked at first today, so it went up quite fast I guess. Also when you say I have 20HP for transactions, how come my vote value is so low? Is it because 20HP is a very low amount? And if I set my vote to 100% then I will be using all of the HP I totally have to upvote a single post right? Also Im guessing I obtain more by getting more upvotes on my posts yes?
