You often hear people say this. The claim that honesty is the best policy. But when I look around, I see so much dishonesty. Even people that say this often act in dishonest ways most of the time. Fraud and scam is on the increase and when you loose your valuables, they are gone. Insecurity abounds and people are even afraid to trust their spouses. All these and more are related to dishonesty in one way or the other. So o want to ask:
Is honesty still the best policy today?

@onyeoga yea, but the world we are seems not to accept the truth and most times, the truthful tends to suffer most but that should deprive us from been truthful and honest for the reward pays well

@chiama yea, thats understandable but thats the reason honesty needs to be maintained , it might not go well at the initial but will definitely pay
