It's definitely an interesting idea. I don't know if I pay too much attention to the number of people who actually view my posts. I feel like comments are more what I focus on.

I think, views matters when you are sharing your posts to outside audience, and that promotes hive. For other posts, comment would matter more.
Yeah, that is probably a good point. I don't really share my posts on Twitter like I used to, so it doesn't impact me as much.
