RE: Cryptos with real life use case? So, what are you holding guys?

in Ask the Hive5 years ago

Great article! With over 5000 cryptos and tokens it is difficult to see the what they all bring to the world.

I have a very simple philosophy regarding which cryptos to keep and which ones to sell. I only keep the ones I need! This means that if I can't use them for anything useful, I simply don't need them. This is no guarantee for any price stability but I think it's a good meter to see whether the coin actually has a good use case.

These are projects and tokens that I like and keep:

  • Hive
  • Steem
  • BTC as a storage of value
  • LBC the coin of lbry.tv which is a real alternative to youtube
  • Tron to use the tron blockchain with all the dapps
  • ETH to use the Ether blockchain with all the dapps
  • Doge when I need to transfer coins its very cheap and fast and also because I run a Doge faucet

Best regards,
Achim

Interesting list. Although I'd stay away from Tron....or obvious reasons...

Also LBC is similar to Hive yet the fact that you can just drop links feels like one doesn't really spend time exclusively creating there...
