It's just tiring being busy all the time, just to be considered a "real man". Waking up at daybreak, running a mile, and then hitting the gym and grinding away. I could never keep up. And the thought of needing to fill in every available hour of the day is overwhelming. Weirder still, being that kind of guy really seems to actually work. The busier you are, the more people respect you, even if you're barely holding it together.
This makes you, by being always on the move, the one who's "hard to get." You cannot afford to engage in those really long conversations or just endless texting. You are not always giving women compliments because this puts you in their minds as a simp. You are too focused on your goals.
And suddenly, that just makes you more attractive. People start wanting what they can't have, and by just being busy, you seem more powerful.... I guess.
But Does it actually make you happy?
You're admired, you've got "game," but at what cost? There's no more room for spontaneity. You are a machine, constantly after the next thing. Maybe the real magic isn't in touring each hour solid. Maybe it's in knowing when to stop.
Thank you for sharing this. It's true, that when someone is busy, there's no way the devil will use him or her as his worskshop
