I suppose to post this on my actifit however, i think something is wrong with my account. So please allow me to post it here. I just want to share my activity this afternoon. Anyway, i had a long walk this afternoon.
It was my first time to use the actifit actifit app and I find it great because you get rewarded from working out. Aside from being physically strong, you are still motivated by the reward.
Anyway, as I walked, I passed a small market with fresh fish stalls.
There are many different types of fish and even large squids.
I didn't hesitate to buy.
Thus, I can say that it is great to exercise and eat good and healthy foods afterwards. 😊
