Hm yes Austrian-Hungarian monarchy. We too once have been aggressive in growing our land. WW 1 has been the price to pay therefore :-(

I love it, except I'm reading subtitles and if I take my eyes off the screen I miss something! It forces me to pay attention! I watched another series a few weeks ago called Miss Firmans War. It was about women's suffrage in Sweden and it was the same. Subtitles kept my eyes glued to the screen. I am learning a lot of world history that I never knew!
